Rewmar Mix ‘n’ Fill is a Cellulose based binding medium for mixing with sanding dusts to produce fast drying fillers for use in nail holes, splits/shakes and gaps between joints up to 5mm in width/depth. Mix 1 part of the Mix ‘n’ Fill, with 1 – 2 parts of clean sanding dust from 80 – 120 grit sanding to produce a paste with a smooth consistency. Preparation: The flooring should be clean, dry and sanded back to bare timber. Application: The filler should be applied over the whole area using a trowel, scraper or other straight edged tool. Ensure that holes, shakes and gaps are completely filled. Allow to dry, typically 20 – 60 minutes, depending amount applied and the ambient conditions. When dry, sand with 100 -120 grit. Repeat the application process if required.
